Hey,
I'm trying to sell a Bose Sounddock, on a seconhand mac sale place <a place which i have had some very good expericences in the past>
But this dock is somehow hard to sell, it's in mint condition, and the newprice is 379 euro's, i'm asking 229 and it's just not happening. And it has still 5 months warranty left...
In your opions, is the bose sounddock a piece of crp? or am i asking too much? Or am i forgetting something? Please help me out he...

I just traded up from an older Altec Lansing InMotion to the Bose Sound Dock. I think the sound is much nicer. Love it. *ducks head in preparation for the onslaught of Bose haters* :)
I only wish it had a line-in so I could use it with my PBook for DVD's and such.
Why do you want to sell it off?

Well, my ipod was replaced -by apple- three times, and again it died on me. Now it's again dead as a doornail and out of warranty. I somehow knew i should have gotten applecare, but for some reason i'm just completely threw with ipods.
For the year i've had it, it's been almost as much at apple as it has been in my position.
So i descided, i should part with the ipod. And with it's gizmo's....
The sound is quite nice...
<although i would like the dock to have a wifi card, so it would not only charge but sync as well>
But about my price? Is it reasonable? Should i go lower?

Tough call for a Yank to make. 229 euro's = $277US, which isn't much less than the new price of $299. Looks like quite a discount in your neck of the woods, though :). If someone here was offering a slightly used and well-cared for SoundDock at 40% off retail, I'd sure consider it.
Sorry about your luck with iPods this year. I went through an horrific period with Palm PDA's once. Know how it is.

we'll see how it works out.
Well, on the other side, i'm quite glad it's only an ipod which doens't work, and not my powerbook or powermac...
