Add subfolder to email account

I have a ipad 2 and I'm trying to add a subfolder in my mail account. I have done the following, went to mailboxes, clicked on inbox (where I want to add the folder) and edit, the following is the only options that appear " mark,delete and move" No option to add subfolder. I have a pop account, what am I doing wrong?:confused: Thanks

You need to be in the lower "Accounts" section, and not the upper "Inboxes" section when you select the mail account. Then the Edit button lets you create a new folder.

I just added a new folder called "PICS". First step in the lower portion of the screen - Accounts:
