iPod touch This apple id cannot sign in at this time - Facetime

Have 2 ipod touch, 4G, one set up with my apple Id, with no issues,
2nd set up with a secondary id for my Daughter. She gets the above error message, when trying to log into either ipod.
I can log into both fine.

How do i fix it so she can use ?
