There is this app called ace card casino which I had installed on my ipad. Yesterday when i opened it to use it says I was banned. I deleted the app and tried reinstalling and it still said the same thing. Then I tried restoring my ipad and reinstalling with another of my itunes account and it still said I was banned. Does anyone know how they are able to do this? Any way I can bypass it to re-download and load succesfully?

Thanks

They are probably using your UUID. Apple is no longer accepting apps that use the devices UUID as of a few weeks ago.

So does that mean the app developers would have to change that in their next update?

Is there any way to change it?

I did and they will not budge. The only reason I was banned was because I askd in the chat area if there was a way I could transfer my chips to someone. I was just wanting to help out a friend on there.

one more thing. I used a VPN to try as well and it still said I am banned. So the app doesn't track my ip?

There are a number of alternatives to identifying the user that do not require the UUID and many apps that rely on it have now switched since Apple deprecated its use.
