My less than 60 day old 3G 64gb iPad 2 is getting replaced by apple after an unsuccessful trip to apple hq with the unresponsive screen still acting up upon return today. Their tests wern't hitting the problem area or something according to one of the higher up reps on the phone help line.

My question is this:

Will it be a new iPad 2 or a refurbished one based on past experiences you all have had? I completely forgot to ask, and looked around the boards but couldn't really find much useful info. I guess it doesn't matter too much as long as it works better than the last, but I would definitely prefer my new iPad2 to be replaced with another new iPad2.

Thanks for any info you all may have:)
