Lock keyboard illumination at lowest level AND keep light sensor? on

Hi, how to lock keyboard illumination in mac air at lowest level - BUT keep its sensitivity to light (automatic on/off)? The trick is to do it without 3rd party software, e.g. Lab Tick.

Every time I wake air it adjusts illumination according to ambient light and I have to manually turn it down to lowest level which is annoying.
 
I keep apps running in background to minimum - I like it pure and simple 🙂.

In this case I hope there is a quick solution - like single line command in Terminal - some experts may help here... (or exclude possibilities for any modification)
