Can not get facetime back

I must have turned FaceTime off and now ant find it's enabler. Notification center don't help. The settings it has in the notification center do not enable it I know it's a native icon so it's somewhere. I checked iTunes for any info but seen nothing.
Has anyone encountered this before?

Restrictions. I found it off in my restrictions column. I enabled it. It is a native app so I knew it was somewhere. I know this info would have appeared soon anyway. Good people here would have told me the solution soon.
