iPod touch not connecting to internet

has anybody heard anything about the Ipod touch 1st generation being zapped from going on the internet I have two of the's ipods and about three weeks ago they both stop connecting to the internet at the same time at my home . I think apple is trying to make me upgrade ?

Idk what you mean by "zapped" but the first gen did have lots of wifi connectivity issues.



Or apple could be out to get you...

The fact that both devices stopped connecting at the same time is highly suspicious and makes me think the problem is with your router. Have you tried recycling it to see if that clears the problem?
