Help? - Encode Selected Video Files to convert mpg = no audio

When I use the right-click Encode Selected Video Files to convert mpg to mov or m4v, I get no sound.

Sound works for other media (iTunes, movies, etc).

Any ideas how to convert mpg AND get sound using the built in functionality in Lion?
