TrueMobile AP reset to factory settings?

I know this is not a Apple specific issue, but would like some help.

I purchased a Dell TrueMobile 1170 AP with a TrueMoblie 1150 PCMCIA card installed off of ebay for a client. I need to reset the settings to the default factory settings as I do not know the WEP key the user has set. I cannot find any documentation on this online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have OS X and Windows avalible, but Windows is the prefered method at this time as I will be using my Dell D600 sinc eI do not have a apple laptop at the moment, but have access to a non-wireless apple if needed.

okay, heres a another issue. When I plug in the power I get nothign but flashing lights. The power is blinking amber, the ethernet is blinking red, and the two PCMCIA slots are blinking amber. Could this be a power issue? Also, the ethernet is connected.

please? Anyone have any ideas why I only get blinking lights. My router does not show it as a connection either.
