Does anyone know a good iPad 3 cover/case that....

Looks like Apple's smart cover in terms of functionality (on/off screen feature and foldable for stand) but also covers the back AND ALSO HAS A STYLUS SLEEVE OR SLOT???????????? Please help! Can't find it! I'll even take just the back cover with a stylus sleeve and buy Apple's smart cover! Thanks in advance!
