tinytomhanks was a spammer and that comment was removed, but not before someone quoted it. OliviaFesler is another spammer. The original poster was, intentionally or otherwise, channeling the "how do i shot web" meme, but really should have tried a search engine or a bookstore before posting here.
So yes, it has some sense, but very little purpose.
