Seems like they got rid of the feature to pinch/spread to change the size of icons in folders. The little bar to do so that was on the bottom right corner is gone too. Is there an easy way to change this? Other than going into the settings of the folder and changing them like that every single time?

Open a folder window in Finder.
Set the window to Icon view.
Choose "Show Status Bar" from the View Menu.
That little bar you're looking for will show up on the bottom right corner of the window.
It'll disappear when you're not in icon view, or have the Status Bar hidden.
