hi - newbie RAM advice

I have a domestic iMac - G4 and want to installmore RAM

DIMM0/J22 - empty
DIMM1/J20 - 256MB (type DDR SDRAM)

does this mean I can insert any old DDR RAM like:

if not which RAM do I need?
