iPod touch iPod Touch Keeps Saying Face Time Failed Why

OK My iPod Touch Will not let me face time so what I just Face Time then it unhelpfully tells me that it's Their for face time so please help

When It Fails It Come Up With An message Then It now Abort The Video Call
