Is this trade a good deal for me?
I'm building a computer for $1200 and including a Samsung 712N 17"LCD I have in turn for a stock 1.8ghz dual PM G5 and a 17" Cinema display?
I'll have to add more ram, but $75 (2x512) should get me by for a while.

If it's a Rev. A DP 1.8 G5 it's a hot deal, Rev. B is a little less hot. Either way you get the better end IMO.

Its the rev B. I believe. I'm gonna sell the 17" ADC w/DVI adapter for $400 as soon as I get it (in about a week). If anyone's interested let me know.
Cheers!

Well I was wrong, it doesn't have the DVI converter. But still that ADC 17" is worth more than my 712N.

Sounds like a good deal to me. I'd go for it given the same opportunity.

Why rev. A instead of B. I was always under the impression that "A" had the bugs, which "B" had worked out. What am I missing?

Well the Power Mac G5 never really faced those issues, and Rev A had PCI-X support and room for 8GB of RAM (I believe, someone correct me if I'm wrong). RevB had no PCI-X and room for 4GB of RAM.
