I just got a QNAP ts-419PII I have it all set up for my time machine backup drive, and then, I would like to host all of my media on it.

My MBP's all backup to it flawlessly. However, my 27" 2.66 i5 iMac is having loads of trouble.

It seems anytime I try to transfer anything to the NAS, it beach-balls, stopping everything. I cannot force quit, I have to hold the power button down.

The computer runs fine otherwise, and there has been no changes other then this NAS. Which seems weird, as it's not even connected to the iMac directly. But sure enough, if I leave it, and it tries to back up(~100gb), it's going to be locked up when I get back. Or if I try to back up while using the machine it will lock up after a few minutes. I have experienced this a couple times as well trying to send my music catalog(~19gb) to the NAS as well.

What am I doing wrong? The other computers are all working fine with this NAS.
