I am installing a SSD today. When I am finished with the clean install I want to restore all my Mac Mailboxes with the messages inside. How can I do this without using Time Machine ?
Thanks

If you're using IMAP, just set up your accounts and the messages will download again.

Alternatively (or if you're still using POP), then just copy over ~/Library/Mail and ~/Library/Mail Downloads from your old user directory to the new one.

Thanks for the reply. I created these mailboxes on my MAC. Not sure how this effects things ? I was able to move all my boxes and rules over the only thing all the boxes I moved are empty don't no why. If I drill down into each mailbox folder( in my library) I see the saved messages but do do not see the messages in each box within Mac Mail.

Thanks Again
