Only two months old, I'm selling two sticks of 512MB DDR SDRAM which I pulled from my 20" iMac G5. These sticks both came directly from my local Apple Store. I made the upgrade to 2GB, so I am in no longer need of these two sticks. I am willing to part with each one for $75/shipped (compared to $150/each retail), or $125/shipped for both ($300 retail value). Price is firm.

Contact me via PM, or post here if you're interested. I ship insured USPS Priority Mail.

Unfortunately PC3200 DDR retails for less than $50 per stick. For the price you're asking, someone could get a 1GB PC3200 DDR stick and save a slot ($115 or less).

If this is PC2700 I'll offer $60 shipped. 1GB (2x512) is available on newegg for ~75 shipped, and this is used.

If interested, drop me a PM.

Crucial sells the 512MB PC3200 DDR for $60/stick. I am asking $62.50/stick for Apple memory. The memory I'm selling comes direct from Apple and sells retail for over $150/stick. As far as I'm concerned, I'm offering a great deal!

It's really not that great of a deal. Crucial offers a lifetime warranty. If your RAM chips didn't work on someone's computer, Apple would probably not replace them.

Surely not for an iMac G5.

Don't post if you're not interested. Very simple concept.

I'll offer $65 shipped, that's what I just paid here (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=137233) from another MR member (2x512mb Brand new, unopened Crucial "Apple" Ram).

Your's are pulled as well. We've all known for a long time Apple overprices Ram. And "Apple RAM" is no more "Apple" than "mlrproducts RAM" is made by me! ;)

I just bought 2x512mb brand new Corsair sticks for an AMD64 box at Newegg for $75 - so $65 shipped seems a fair price for used Ram.

I paid over $300 for this RAM. I will not let it go for less than $100 shipped.
