After Effects. The full 3D stuff is much more involved and is done in another program, though (Maya, Cinema 4D, Studio Max, XSI, take your pick...). There are lots of tutorials for motion graphics in AE, but I can't think of any applicable ones off the top of my head. I'm sure others will know of a bunch.

After Effects indeed is the industry standard for such things (except the 3D slot machines in the beginning). However, it is a little pricy if you're not qualified for the educational version.

If you are looking for something cheaper, I can recommend Apple Motion ($50) and Blender (for free). Both those programs can generally do this, but they are less powerful (especially Motion) and more quirky to learn (especially Blender). I just wanted to add them for completion.
