It's quite an amazing story. The human body seems to have the ability to do amazing things. Would have like to have had more details about the transformation. It would have taken a change in her hormones to accomplish the change. Not sure if I can mention the organ, but that is the one that would possibly make that change occur. There really is quite a simple explanation to this she is a hermaphrodite? There are a lot more of them than you think, there was even a case where the left and right hand side of one person were different sexes, ie on side had a breast and female genetalia and the other side had all the many bits, i don't even want to think what that region looked like on that person :eek:

Your example is a perfect reason why we would need to know more about the women's medical history. It's the exact same thing that a physician would need to determine, so that a diagnosis could be made. Without not actually examine her there isn't a way to know, just speculations.

It's far more likely that it's just a hoax. Or that the person had psychological problems that made him/her think that a change happened when it did not. Even the hormonal theory doesn't explain how it could happen overnight.

That is exactly why I would like to get a lot more specifics about this. She needs to have a full medical evaluation. If true then it would be written up in a medical journal. That would give it proper validation.

There was an article in one that claimed that migraines were a psychological disorder not a neurological one.

Just because something gets published in a medical journal does not make it anymore legit than something published in a newspaper
