View Full Version : InDesign CS5 & above - weird feature that I want to turn off

There is this odd feature that Adobe implemented in InDesign starting in CS5. Whenever a support file frame is moused over (IIRC, I *think* it's just for vector/raster graphics, not native INDD elements), there's this weird transparent circular object that shows up - like a circle that's split in half. Looks kinda like a focus window on a camera or something.

Does anybody know how to turn that off??? It's a distracting feature (and IMO completely unnecessary) - I don't need InDesign to tell me when I've moused over a picture.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
