I'm really pissed off by two bugs in ios 5 that make my life harder tha it should be, wish someone with access to ios 6can help me test that.

1. Open in limititation and seemingly random order. It's very often that once I install a new app which can handles PDF or just update goodreader it would disappear in my open in list, I'd have to delete other apps to make it appear back, and not necessarily the newly added app! No rule is found till now, you just keep deleting apps and check back the open in list.
It's so frustrating because so many utility, reference and productivity apps expose themselves to PDF that even for non-geeks,non-academics and non-business people this would likely happen, so basically if you wanna buy an app but find that it deals with PDF you'd better just skip it, it's neither good for us nor developers or apple, it's just stupid and annoying.

2. A bug that only happens if you use iOS in enterprise or academic environment where all external access goes through proxy that asks for user-specific credentials.
iOS 5 only remember proxy credentials for http but not https, so apps like Evernote will asks for you to type in you user name and passwords for literally a dozen times before you can do anything, and for some apps the number is infinity...
I'm a postgraduate student who'd love to leave laptop at home but without Evernote(or any other similar apps because they all use https) my work flow is really broken.
