iTunes acting strange

For the past few of days, I have noticed that iTunes keeps opening up randomly, even after I quit out. I can't figure out why. I don't realize it open until I use Expose and see my iTunes library open. Its starting to drive me nuts. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can stop it.

I appreciate the help.
 
Did it start happening after you installed an iTunes controller widget on Dashboard? If so, that's likely the cause. Be sure to activate Dashboard after you quit iTunes, so the widget controller knows to stop polling it.
 
Random huh? It could be Dashboard but I get iTunes weirdness in Panther. Without fail at 20.45 GMT iTunes opens...aint got a clue why.
