Macmall + Free Mountain Lion?

So I've decided to return my new 2012 MBA to the Apple store so that I can get an 8GB RAM model on Macmall for less than I paid for this one (no tax = over 100 off)

If I buy it from MacMall though, does anyone know if I'll be eligible for the free ML update?

Also, Apple store's return policy - there's no more restocking fees, right?

If anyone was curious like I was, MacMall just told me yes Mountain Lion will be free.
