Mini Displayport to HDMI not working in Windows!

Hi, I have a 2011-Macbook Air.

My Mini Displayport to HDMI cable works okay in Mac OS. But I can't get it to work in Windows 7. (with Boot Camp)

What might be the problem? Thanks.
