Okay so I tired to install CNN or any other app even the ones I paid for and I am getting the error below. That PayPal is not supported for my device. But I am also not able to update my information like I should be able too. I honestly don't remember using PayPal as a payment method, pretty sure I used my bank card... Not sure why I am getting this error, any ideas?

Oh and I haven't made any new purchases in over a week and was able to update two apps just earlier today. Even tired to uninstall those in case that caused the issue.

So it seems that a pin pall game that was listed as free in the app store attempted to charge me money. So now I owe $1.05 and that is why I cannot access anything, even stuff I have paid for I cannot download. And apple supports states they are unable to do anything about it until I pay then they can refund money. Which I will surely will ask for because the game stated it was free with an in app purchase to unlock the other tables for $4.99? I just find it amazing that has shut down my whole account.

I've had issues in the past with Google play and my payment information but I still had acces to the apps I had paid for and any free ones. So looks like I have to wait until Monday so I can have access to a computer with iTunes installed even though I should be able to update it from the iPad itself which I don't seem to have the option too because it doesn't display any information at all under payment options. So the iPads are still not PC free.

Also turns out I did use PayPal and I added money to my account while waiting on hold for about 30 minutes and I am still not able to resolve this. I was told I will need to use a credit card then have it chared the account then I could go back to PayPal after that. Sounds pretty wild to me.

You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the Services, and that Apple may charge your credit card or PayPal account for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING APPLE WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. All fees will be billed to the credit card or PayPal account you designate during the registration process. If you want to designate a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card or PayPal account status, you must change your information online in the Account Information section of iTunes; this may temporarily disrupt your access to the Services while Apple verifies your new payment information..

Spelled out in the iTunes store terms and conditions. One reason while I prefer to use iTunes prepaid cards, which are available just about everywhere.

I understand that, but the app I downloaded was listed as free at the time I downloaded it as a weekend special last weekend. The app is called pinball arcade, Turns out the day I downloaded it was the day it was ending. But I was still able to download it and never even knew of the issue until today. Everything was fine until last night. Seems how it was listed as free but still charged me I am a little upset by that. I'll just pay the 1.05 and be a heck of a lot more Leary of using the app store is all. Just figured more so I would update my post In case anyone else ran into an issue like this they would know why.
