i tried to do the speediest because sometimes the websites take forever to load the websites on MBA. The download speed is fine but when the website test for the upload speed it's stuck in"connecting". So my MBA is fine with download speed but upload speed is stuck at "connecting"

i also check with MBP and the upload and download speed is fine. Also check with windows PC and the speed are fine as well. They are all connected to the same WIFI network.

So i'm thinking whether my MBA is defective and require service?

thanks

I don't think this is an issue with your macbook air being defective. If you are able to download fine, but not upload, it is probably not a hardware problem. Most likely it is some kind of firewall problem. However, your upload speed rarely affects the speed at which webpages load. I would try on a different wireless network and see if the results differ.
