Purchased MacBook Air with AppleCare at store

I purchased the MacBook Air at the Apple Store with the Applecare.

It was registered to my MacBook, and the receipt shows AppleCare but how come they never gave me the box for it? Is it normal not to receive the box?

it is tied to the serial number. I did the same and didn't get a little packet. No big deal, it is on your receipt and in their system.
