It is Panther OSX. Got it before the Tiger release.

with new mac mini updates coming next week, and not having the new operating system, you may want to think about making your price a little lower...

Where are you located? Do you have any references (eBay, heatware, transactions on Mac Forums?)

I'm interested, just have those questions...

Hi.

I am located in Austin, TX.

I have alot of references:

website / name handle

www.Ebay.com- luvly_latina (my wifes account)
www.Maxima.org - shift
www.mac-forums.com - shift (I never sold on here, but I got a Ipod mini there).

www.hometheaterforum.com - mike_frontier (sold home theater/dvds there)

*** The reason why I am selling is b/c I need to get a Powerbook. Need to be portable at this time. By all means this Mac has been the best unit I ever owned. I gurantee that.

Thanks
Mike

Would you be looking to trade for an Ibook by chance?

No one know 100% if the mac mini's will come out next week, but reliable sources say that they will, and if they do, they will probably be released on Tuesday.
