How can i share a Icloud calander with google calnder?

Hey all had a search on the web for this but haven't found any solutions

I currently use Icloud for my calendar and my GF uses google calendars i am trying to share a calendar with her so she can see my work schedule

tried the ushal url link to the calander but not working

any idea???
