So I have an iTunes account with a fair amount of music. Unfortunately, I'm getting divorced right now. I got the account, but on the condition that I provide access to music for a period of time for my ex to burn cd's then rip then for their account.
If they use iTunes match with the old account to load music on their computer, then log in with their new apple id and sign up for iTunes Match, will it import the old songs into the new account?
In other words, does iTunes Match care if the files are associated with another Apple ID (for the protected files) or downloaded from another iTunes Match account?
