Is it possible to import .mov, .avi, or a .mpg4 to iMovie? 😕

it should be. imovie should accept any type of format that quicktime 6 can handle. are you having problems importing these types of files?

There is an option to import in the menus.

I have QT Pro 6, and it will not let me import the .avi .mov or . mpg4😕 😕

Oh come on...

You have to convert the movie to DV format using Quicktime (Export->DV). Then you can import those into iMovie.
