iCloud not recognizing email address association with contact card

Hi!

I have several contacts where I have this problem and some don't.

It starts like this, I write an email to someone in my contact list when they reply the reply comes from the email address itself and iCloud (via web, via iphone) does not associate it.





Check the images to understand what I mean... this is annoying to say the least...
