buttons not working on imac keyboard

I have an imac keyboard. One of the buttons is not working, on keyboard viewer the button works fine when pressing that,what do i have to do to get the button working.?
 
Yeah, this matters. It's easy to say the fn button doesn't work, because it does nothing on its own.
