iPod touch IPod not skipping to next track?

Hi
I have a 4th Generation iPod touch (Right)but it won't automatically skip to the next track?
As you can see on my photo i have a 2nd Generation IPod (Left) as well which you can see under the song title as loo & shuffle showing but on the 4th(Right)

I have looked in the setting & cannot find a difference between them.

PLEASE HELP.
