Cloning to SSD

Ok,

So I have my SSD installed in my optical bay. I just formatted it (I think)using disk utility and erased it making a journaled drive. So what do I do next so I can use migration assistant to move all my files over to it then reformat the hdd?

any help is greatly appreciated.

To use Migration Assistant, you'd have to first install Lion on the SSD. I'd recommend if you're moving everything over anyways to just download and use Carbon Copy Cloner. Much simpler process.
