Hello,

i would like to know how there is a built in functionality in mac os lion that provides protection of disabling iCloud for my iMac and iPad.

There is no sense when someone for example has stolen your imac or ipad, you have enabled iCloud, but the thief disables this service so you cannot find and lock remotely your device via iclouds website.

Or is there any other solution?

Thx in advance

Mike

It's called a user password. If they can't access your settings, they can't turn them off.
