FS/FT IBM Thinkpad T40

I've got an IBM Thinkpad T40 which I acquired from justin216 about a year ago in a trade. I tried selling/trading it here about 6 months ago, got absolutely no interest, but I thought I'd try again. It came to me without any original software discs, so it will be sold without an operating system. Specs:

1.5ghz Centrino
512mb Ram
16x DVD Drive
40gb 5400rpm Hard Drive
Built in Wireless (B/G)
Radeon 7500 32mb Video
14.1" LCD - 1024 x 768 max res.
Keyboard Light built in
UltraNav Touchpad and Touchstick both
Power Cable, etc

I received it in great shape and my wife has taken exceptional care of it. The wireless connectivity works great and we've had no mechanical problems at all.

I know it's a longshot anyone here would be interested in this, but since I got it from a member here, I thought I'd try. I'm looking for $600-700/OBO and am open to comparable Apple laptop/iMac trades. I can email/post pics upon request and will pay for shipping. I'm in the Los Angeles area if a local wants to exchange in person. Any questions, let me know.

Oyeah; I might be willing to work out a trade for my iBook if you're interested. It is the (recently replaced) 1.2ghz model that I have had since it came out in November or so of last year. I do have the AppleCare program on it.

It is the 1.2Ghz 12" model; 30GB HD, 512MB RAM (256MB upgrade from stock.), airport built in, Combo Drive

It's in good shape; my two year old let it slide off the bed between the bed and the wall; so there are some light scrapes top and bottom with a tiny bit of blue paint. Could likely be buffed out or otherwise cleaned up, it just doesn't bother me all that much...

Under warranty until October or November 2007

Has given me very little problems; the battery was recalled, and I had the keyboard replaced due to a defective key. Works 100% now.

I have all the documentation, cd-roms and the original box.

Sounds good. So you have Applecare on it, then? Would you be able to take a pic or two of the scrapes? I don't think it will affect my desire to make a trade, so let's get it worked out. Feel free to email me to further work out details.
