Powerbook 1.67GHz 100GB Hard Drive

Can someone tell me the make/model number of the 100GB 2.5" Hard Drive in the 1.67GHz 17" Powerbook G4?

I have a 1.5GHz with an 80GB Toshiba. The drive is dead and I need to replace it. I want to replace it with the 100GB model in the 1.67GHz but I can't find out what it is.
 
I'm a bit confused on why it matters. Apple isn't consistant with what drives they put it - it just depends on what company offers the best deal. Check out OWC, where they have 3 different 100 gig hard drives for approximately 200 bucks.
 
I'm just sure what the HD is in the 1.67 GHz Powerbook ... is the a specific reason you want that drive? Otherwise any 100 GB drive will work, and some have more features/cost less so it doesn't hurt to shop around either.
