Hi,
My TiBook G4 mercury isn't starting up. It's been in my cupboard for a year or two, so didn't really expect it to, but if it can be fixed then it'd be great.
Unfortunately I think it's the logic board, as even with the power cable plugged in and the battery taken out, the light is amber. I think if it's amber and not green it's the DC in board which is soldered to the logic board?
Anyway, apart from that, I've tried holding the power button for 5 seconds with the battery out and holding down the small PMU reset button towards the right of all the ports under the port flap.
Obviously I'm not expecting anything, but if anyone knows how to/has any suggestions of how to fix it, I'd be grateful. Thanks!
