HDMI or DVI conundrum

Im not sure wether this should be in the peripherals or this section, but to connect a screen to the mini, would it be better to use a strait HDMI cable or a DVI cable and the HDMI-DVI converter included in the box 😕

Same thing, really. But since HDMI is the future, invest in that format rather than DVI.

thx for the advice, i just wasnt really sure about the benefits or disadvantages of either.

HDMI will carry sound dvi does not.

Use HDMI.
DVI sucks because it doesn't have audio on it. My Mac HTPC will testify to this.
