I have it. Version 5. In box with all the documentation and all that. Comes with Windows 2000. If you want to trade, then I'm looking for an iSight. I will give you $100 in addition to Virtual PC for your iSight.

i would be more interested in it if it were xp. the price (i assume $150 b/c of the isight) would be more fair if it was xp at least.

Windows XP runs very slow in Virtual PC. Windows 2000 runs much faster, and is essentially Windows XP without the eyecandy after all.

Still, I'm not expecting a straight trade. VPC and some cash for your iSight.

i don't have an isight, and the reason i would have wanted xp is because of compatability(sp?).

I don't think there are any programs that run in XP and not on 2000. Well, maybe IE 7 when it comes out next year, but who wants to run IE anyway?

Is there a single program that doesn't run for XP that doesn't run for 2000? A lot of the changes between 2000 and XP were purely visual, and not many major under the hood additions.

Windows Media 10 and IE 7 Beta 1 won't run on Windows 2000.

Who care about those, though.

Windows 200 Pro. "The almost decent MS OS"....the best MS OS IMO.

Oops... I just took the box out of the closet, and turns out it's actually version 5, not 6. So the price is greatly reduced to $25, including shipping. If you have an iSight, and want Virtual PC, then we can do a trade and I will give you $100 in addition to Virtual PC for your iSight.

Wait, so VPC5 + Win2k for $25 shipped? I'm sending you a PM, Raven. :)
