BAttery life is about 3-5 hours. Included will be the Charging firewire cable. I've used it about three time sin the last year and a half (just to back up stuff). Screen is okay, minor scratches on the back. No engraving or anything special about it. Original headphones and remote not included (as they went through a washing machine).
