Well 1st, I am coming from iMac with //'s installed.
That runs W7 OK, but I have found a couple of things that just don't work well.
i.e. a golf GPS that just doesn't play on OS X or Windows through Parallels.
It works fine on a Win 7 machine.
I have had an opportunity to get a Mac Pro 2010 which will arrive next week.
I have researched & am still unsure on the best way to go with a dedicated windows HDD - it seems that I will have to use Bootcamp (of which I have no experience).
So is that the case or can I just install win7 using a normal install disk??
From what I have read so far it seems I have to go the Bootcamp way.
I will not be using Windows often.
