I don't like reinstalling lion from the net apple server is really slow, it used to download under 40 mins how it's 4 hours. :/

Anyway to install without the net?

Yup. If you've downloaded the Install Mac OSX Lion.app from the Mac App Store, you can use it to create an install disk :)
