Does the Rev A 17" Powerbook Support Rotating Displays?

The card in my powerbook is NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 64 MB DDR ... it doesn't support Core Image, and I have a feeling that display rotation isn't supported either? I'm asking because I'm interested in buying the Dell 2005FPW which has a portrait mode and I may use that mode from time to time.

I'm starting to be annoyed at how "old school" my GPU seems lately =/ ... the 17" was the flagship powerbook at the time.

I have Tiger, but I heard that rotating support is dependent on the GPU, not the OS. I'm just making sure.
