Hi in the past i have always done a clean install of of the newer Mac OS but this time i would like to just upgrade without losing anything on my lion and also my windows partition. Will it all be fine if i just upgrade?
Also when lion was released i downloaded it on my mac then put it onto usb or disk (can't remember which but it would have been a lot faster this way instead of downloading again) and also installed it on my MBP too which are both signed into the same apple id on the app store. Is it possible to do that again and also put it on my girlfriends MBP which isn't using the same apple id on the app store or will i have to buy it for her again?
