is my Mac Pro ML compatible?

Ive looked at the Apple site and it explains how to check by going to about this mac , and well Im still confused It says early 2008 Mac Pros and onwards are ok, well Im not sure what year my Mac Pro is , all I can tell is it could be anywhere from 2006 to 2008 the model is (MA356LL/A) the Graphics card is 7300GT

Yours is a 2006 model (http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/mac_pro/specs/mac-pro-quad-2.66-specs.html), so it's not ML compatible.
