Upgrade Lion Server to ML Server?

So, I have a Mac Mini Server and I don't see Mountain Lion Server on the App Store.

Do I just upgrade to Mountain Lion? Do I have to also repurchase OS X Server?
Or will there be a Mountain Lion Server version released later?

They don't make this very clear.

Any ideas?

Look for OS X Server in the App Store.
I am assuming that despite owning Lion Server (if that is what the Mini server version shipped with) you would still need to pay for the ML Server app update. At least it is $20 though, along with the $20 for ML itself.

*edit* just to clarify, the Server tools are handled in the standalone app now, there won't be a Mountain Lion Server edition available. Someone correct me if I am remembering incorrectly.
